Cards and point values
The game uses the Neapolitan playing card suits. The cards are divided into 4 suits (Italian names are given in brackets): Coins (Denari), Cups (Coppe), Swords (Spade) and Clubs (Bastoni). The card deck consists of 40 cards (a standard deck of cards with the 8s, 9s and 10s removed). The cards are:
Card | Point Value |
Number Card 2–7 | Nominal value |
Ace | 1 point |
Face Cards* | 0.5 points |
* The value of the King of Coins depends on the hand combination. See below.
King of Coins and Sette e Mezzo Royal
If the King of Coins is a single card in hand, its value is 0.5, like other face cards. In combination with other cards, it takes the value of any other card in the deck to create the best possible hand. When additional cards are dealt to your hand, the King of Coins may change its value again to keep the hand value as close to 7.5 as possible.
King of Coins can also form the Sette e Mezzo Royal : a special combination with two cards (King of Coins and another face card or a 7), which totals 7.5 points and wins over the regular 7.5-value hand.
Game rules
The object of the game is for the total of your cards to be closer to 7.5 than the dealer’s cards, without exceeding 7.5. Face cards count as 0.5 and number cards as their nominal value. Ace is also known as 1-value number card and counts as 1 point. Note that the value of King of Coins can vary: 0.5 points when it is the first card in hand, but it can take the value of any other card to form the best possible hand value with other cards.
If you receive King of Coins and another face card or a 7, you have the Sette e Mezzo Royal and win 1.5 times your bet (if your bet was 10, you receive 25). Sette e Mezzo beats the regular score of 7.5.
If the total value of your cards is closer to 7.5 than the dealer's, you win your bet amount (if your bet was 10, you receive 20). If the total of your cards is more than 7.5, you are "bust" and lose your bet. If you tie with the dealer on 5 points, you lose your main bet. Exception to this rule is when dealer's first card grants them 5 points, in which case extra card(s) are dealt to you automatically. However, if you tie on 5.5 points or more, your bet is returned to you in a "push".
The dealer must hit until their total is 5 or more points. They stand when their hand total is 5 or more points.
In some occasions, the game round could be automatically finished and you win the game round. The conditions listed below need to apply simultaneously.
If you have placed the Mano di Poker side bet, the game is automatically finished when:
If you have not placed the Mano di Poker side bet, the game is automatically finished without an action round when:
You can bet on all betting positions within a single game round. If two players are playing on the same position, one may choose to Stand and the other may choose to Hit. In this case, the dealer will deal another card to the position, but the player who chose to Stand will not receive the card.
Side bets
These are wagers that you can make beyond the main game bet. These cannot be placed without the main bet, but you can win these even if you lose or push in the main game.
Partita Perfetta
You can bet that your first card and the dealer’s first card form a pair.
Pairs
Type | Description |

Mano di Poker
You can bet that your first two cards and the dealer’s first card make a three-card poker hand against the following list of winning hands:

The Info button opens a pop-up with more information about the Golden Chips. To bet using the Golden Chips, first select the desired Golden Chip value and then place a bet as normally. The remaining amount of Golden Chips decreases respectively. Note that:
In case of a Tie or Push, the Golden Chip you bet is returned to you. Note that Tie or Push are featured in Blackjack, Baccarat, Dragon-Tiger and poker games. You cannot insure a Golden Chip bet or a mixed bet. When your Golden Chip bet wins, the value of the winning Golden Chip is deducted from your win amount. All game rounds that are played using Golden Chips are also distinguished in game history with the corresponding (GC) icon. |
