Perfect Blackjack

Perfect Pair = 25x Your Bet!

The aim of playing Perfect Blackjack online is to beat the dealer’s score without exceeding 21. This online blackjack game offers you the chance to make some side bets, with extra payouts of up to 25 to 1 for a Perfect Pair.

Perfect Blackjack uses six decks, which are shuffled after each round.

Getting Started:

  • Click on a chip to select it.
  • Click on the Place Your Bets circle to place a chip on the bet. Press Undo if you wish to remove the last chip and press Clear Bet if you wish to remove all chips.
  • Place a side bet by clicking on Player’s Pair circle or Dealer’s Pair area.
  • Select Double if you wish to instantly double all bets on the table.

Note: You can place as many chips as you like, providing you do not exceed the maximum betting limit. This information is shown on the top-right of the screen.

  • Select Deal when you are ready to play.

How to Play:

Two cards are initially dealt to you. The dealer will also receive two cards, one face up and one face down. The following options can appear:

  • Hit – receive another card.
  • Stand – play out the hand with the same cards.
  • Double – double the bet (not including side bets) and receive another card. No further cards will be dealt after doubling.
  • Insurance – place a side bet on the dealer having a blackjack. This option will only be used if the dealer is showing an Ace.
  • Split – split your hand and receive a separate card for each. This option will only be available if you have two of the same value cards – two 10’s, Jack & Queen etc. Splitting a hand will cost a bet amount equal to your first bet.

Note: if you choose to split a pair, you will still receive the payout if you made the side bet.

Results:

The game is concluded when you Stand or Bust. You will automatically Stand if you have blackjack or 21. Winning bets (if any) will be highlighted on screen and paid into your balance.

You will be offered the following options when the game has finished:

  • New Game = start a new game from scratch.
  • Rebet = place the same bets as the last round. You can add/remove chips if you like.
  • Rebet & Deal = place the same bets as the last round and deal the cards.

Multi-Hand Blackjack:

You can play up to five hands at once in Perfect Blackjack. To play multi-hand, simply place chips in more than one Place Bet Here circle. Each game is played independently from the other.

Note: The hands are dealt from right to left and judged in that order.

Perfect Pair/Side Bets:

You can play the side bet game by placing a chip in the Perfect Pair circle or the Dealer’s Pair section. The side bet is based on whether the first two cards that you (or the dealer if applicable) are dealt will be a pair, e.g. two Jacks, two 7s etc.

The game is played independently from the main blackjack game, i.e. you do not need to win the main game to win the side bet.

You will win if any pair is achieved in the first two cards. The payouts depend on the type of pair:

Pair:

Example:

Payout:

Perfect Pair (same suit)

2 x King of Diamonds.

25 to 1

Coloured (same colour)

7 of Hearts and 7 of Diamonds.

12 to 1

Red/ Black (any pair)

Jack of Clubs and Jack of Diamonds.

6 to 1

Note: The payouts are the same for the Dealer’s Pair. These payouts are displayed on the top centre of the screen.

Insurance:

Insurance is another side bet. It is offered when the cards are dealt and the dealer is showing (face up card shows) an Ace. If so, you will be offered the chance to bet on the dealer having blackjack.

Insurance pays 2 to 1 and the maximum bet is half your initial stake. Therefore, it is placed if you wish to try cover the losses from the dealer having blackjack.

The insurance bet is judged independently from the main game, i.e. you do not need to win in the main game to win the insurance bet.

Colour:

You can click the Paintbrush Icon on the top left of the screen to change the colour of the table.

Payouts:

There are two payouts in the main game:

  • You will be paid even money (1 to 1) on your bet if you beat the dealer’s score without exceeding 21.
  • You will be paid 3:2 if you beat the dealer with blackjack.

Note: Your stake is returned if the game is a tie (push).

Note: You will automatically lose your stake if you go bust, regardless of the dealer’s score.

Perfect Blackjack Rules:

Perfect Blackjack is played under certain rules that the dealer and player must follow. In this online blackjack game:

  • The dealer must draw (hit) to 16 and stand on all 17s and above. This means that the dealer must take another card when at 16 or below, regardless of your hand. The dealer also must stand with a score of 17 or above, regardless of your hand.
  • The player can stand on whatever score they like.
  • The player can double after splitting.
  • Only one more card can be drawn after splitting two aces.
  • If the dealer is showing an Ace and the player doubles, both bets are lost. If the dealer is showing a 10 (Jack, Queen etc.), the double (second bet) is returned.

10 Card Charlie:

It is theoretically possible for you to draw 10 cards without exceeding 21. This is called 10 Card Charlie. It will beat every other hand except blackjack. The payout for 10 Card Charlie is 1 to 1.

Return to Player:

The theoretical RTP (Return to Player) for Perfect Blackjack is 99.58% in the main game and 93.89% for side bets.
