Game Rules

Live Sette e Mezzo

Sette e Mezzo Live

We offer a one deck Sette e Mezzo Live game, played against a live dealer at a real Sette e Mezzo table. The seat can host an unlimited number of players.

Note that Casino allows up to 1,000 simultaneous players.

Betting flow

  • If a game round is in progress when you enter the table, please wait for the next one, and then, place your bets.
  • To place a bet, choose a chip and place it on the betting position.
  • You can place several chips on different betting positions simultaneously.
  • The timer in the game window shows how much time you have left to place your bets.
  • After the No More Bets signal, the game round begins.
  • Winnings are paid for the winning bets at the end of each game round.
  • To play a game round, place your bets again or use the Rebet button.
  • To skip a turn, simply do not place any bets on the table.

Game flow

  • First, you must place the main bet, and then you get to place the optional side bets Partita Perfetta and Mano di Poker. The side bets can win irrespective of the main game outcome.
  • Next, the dealer deals two cards: first card face up to you and second card face up to the dealer.
  • In some cases, the dealer will deal additional cards to you automatically, already before the action round. This means that you cannot hit or stand until a specific requirement is met:
    • The King of Coins is your first card – you receive one card automatically;
    • The King of Coins is dealer’s first card – you receive card(s) automatically until your score is 7 or more;
    • Your score is lower than the dealer’s – you receive card(s) automatically until your score equals dealer's score or exceeds it;
    • Dealer's first card grants them 5 points and your score ties – you receive one card automatically.
  • Action round starts when you have 7 points or less, but your score is equal to dealer’s score or exceeds it. You can choose to Hit or Stand. If you do not make a move, you automatically Stand.
  • Once the action round is over, dealer draws additional cards. Dealer stands on a total 5 or more points. If every player at the table busts (scores higher than 7.5), the round is over, and the dealer does not draw additional cards.
  • Hand totals are compared, and round results are announced.
  • It is also possible that under specific circumstances the game is automatically finished and you win the round. See the Game Rules section for further info.

Cards and point values

The game uses the Neapolitan playing card suits. The cards are divided into 4 suits (Italian names are given in brackets): Coins (Denari), Cups (Coppe), Swords (Spade) and Clubs (Bastoni). The card deck consists of 40 cards (a standard deck of cards with the 8s, 9s and 10s removed). The cards are:

  • Number cards from 2 to 7
  • Face cards: Jack, Cavalier and King
  • Ace, also known as 1-value number card

* The value of the King of Coins depends on the hand combination. See below.

King of Coins and Sette e Mezzo Royal

If the King of Coins is a single card in hand, its value is 0.5, like other face cards. In combination with other cards, it takes the value of any other card in the deck to create the best possible hand. When additional cards are dealt to your hand, the King of Coins may change its value again to keep the hand value as close to 7.5 as possible.

King of Coins can also form the Sette e Mezzo Royal : a special combination with two cards (King of Coins and another face card or a 7), which totals 7.5 points and wins over the regular 7.5-value hand.

Game rules

The object of the game is for the total of your cards to be closer to 7.5 than the dealer’s cards, without exceeding 7.5. Face cards count as 0.5 and number cards as their nominal value. Ace is also known as 1-value number card and counts as 1 point. Note that the value of King of Coins can vary: 0.5 points when it is the first card in hand, but it can take the value of any other card to form the best possible hand value with other cards.

If you receive King of Coins and another face card or a 7, you have the Sette e Mezzo Royal and win 1.5 times your bet (if your bet was 10, you receive 25). Sette e Mezzo beats the regular score of 7.5.

If the total value of your cards is closer to 7.5 than the dealer's, you win your bet amount (if your bet was 10, you receive 20). If the total of your cards is more than 7.5, you are "bust" and lose your bet. If you tie with the dealer on 5 points, you lose your main bet. Exception to this rule is when dealer's first card grants them 5 points, in which case extra card(s) are dealt to you automatically. However, if you tie on 5.5 points or more, your bet is returned to you in a "push".

The dealer must hit until their total is 5 or more points. They stand when their hand total is 5 or more points.

In some occasions, the game round could be automatically finished and you win the game round. The conditions listed below need to apply simultaneously.

If you have placed the Mano di Poker side bet, the game is automatically finished when:

  • Dealer’s first card grants them 5 or more points (they stand)
  • You have been dealt two or more cards
  • Your hand score exceeds dealer’s score, but you are not bust

If you have not placed the Mano di Poker side bet, the game is automatically finished without an action round when:

  • Dealer’s first card grants them 5 or more points (they stand)
  • Your hand score exceeds dealer’s score, but you are not bust

You can bet on all betting positions within a single game round. If two players are playing on the same position, one may choose to Stand and the other may choose to Hit. In this case, the dealer will deal another card to the position, but the player who chose to Stand will not receive the card.

Side bets

These are wagers that you can make beyond the main game bet. These cannot be placed without the main bet, but you can win these even if you lose or push in the main game.

Partita Perfetta

You can bet that your first card and the dealer’s first card form a pair.

Pairs

Type

Mano di Poker

You can bet that your first two cards and the dealer’s first card make a three-card poker hand against the following list of winning hands:

  • Royal Flush – Three different face cards of the same suit
  • Straight Flush - All three cards in sequence and of the same suit
  • Any Three of a Kind - All three of the same ranking
  • Flush - All three cards of the same suit

See Payouts section for payout info.

Golden Chip
Note: This feature can be enabled or disabled by your service provider.

Golden Chips are bonus chips that are awarded to you in certain table games. Each Golden Chip has a specific value and can be used for betting like a normal chip. If the Golden Chip menu is available on the dashboard, it means that you have Golden Chips available for you to use in the current game.
The Golden Chip menu displays the value and the amount of the Golden Chips available. If you have been awarded Golden Chips of different value, the menu lists all chip values and their amount. Chips of the same value from different bonuses are added up.

The Info button opens a pop-up with more information about the Golden Chips.

To bet using the Golden Chips, first select the desired Golden Chip value and then place a bet as normally. The remaining amount of Golden Chips decreases respectively.

Note that:

  • More than one Golden Chip can be used during the betting round and you can place Golden Chips on different betting positions. However, the service provider may have limited the number of Golden Chips that can be used in one game.
  • If enabled by the service provider, you can mix Golden Chips with Regular Chips (tied to your Balance) on one betting position.
  • If enabled by the service provider, you can use Golden Chips for:
    • Blind actions during betting round
    • Betting during action rounds (e.g. to Double)
  • If the service provider has enabled the use multiple Golden Chips, the game automatically tries to place these bets with Golden Chips, preferring chips that are closer to the initial Golden Chip bet value.
    • If no more Golden Chips are available, the game uses Regular Chips to place the bet, creating a mixed bet.
    • If mixed bets are not allowed and you do not have enough Golden Chips, or you have reached the limit of allowed Golden Chips in the current game, Regular Chips are used for the bet.
    • Note that the bet is rejected if your Regular Chips balance is too low to cover the bet.
  • You can always make a mixed bet in Roulette and SicBo game.

In case of a Tie or Push, the Golden Chip you bet is returned to you. Note that Tie or Push are featured in Blackjack, Baccarat, Dragon-Tiger and poker games.

You cannot insure a Golden Chip bet or a mixed bet.

When your Golden Chip bet wins, the value of the winning Golden Chip is deducted from your win amount.

All game rounds that are played using Golden Chips are also distinguished in game history with the corresponding (GC) icon.
