How do I open an account?

Once you have downloaded the software, or entered the Instant Play lobby, simply choose your preferred play mode and click on 'Join Now'. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with your username and once funds are in your account, you are ready to play!

I already have a William Hill account that I registered with the old casino software. Do I have to open a new account?

How do I make a deposit to my account?

A Private Group Table can be set up so that only you and the friends you invite can play there. Your own private casino! Can I chat with other players?

How is the outcome of the game decided?

In both real money and play for fun modes, a Random Number Generator (RNG) determines the outcome of a game. In any card game, the computer will re-shuffle all the cards before each hand is dealt.

Can I change my mind after I've placed a bet?

Once you've placed chips on the table during games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat you can remove them by simply double clicking on them. They will be removed as long as the game hasn't started.

In Slots or Video Poker, where you want to remove unspent coins from the machine, click on the 'Cash-out' button and the money will be credited back to your account.
